Shower Plumbing Bracket For Exposed Water Pipes 155mm Spacing Copper 15mm Pipes

Shower plumbing bracket for exposed water pipes. Ideal for the installation of shower pipes and mixer taps. This beautifully handmade Victorian style copper pipe mounting wall bracket will add that finishing touch to your new shower. The pipes once installed will be set at 155mm apart centre to centre of the pipes.

 

Pipe bracket Qualities

This bracket is made from solid copper 1/8″ thick . The width of the banding is 1/2″ with dome head nuts and brass washers. The actual wall fixings are made from 316L grade stainless steel (Corrosion resident). The distance of this bracket from the wall can be adjusted using the two locking nuts behind the clamp.

Handmade

This bracket has been handmade here in Warwickshire England. The copper is heated slightly before forming. The bracket is then pressed using our oldest hand press, a Taylor & Challen 1908 screw press, more about that later. The tooling used is the original press tooling used for gas and water pipe fittings. The bracket is then linished and finished off on the polishing mop.

Our Old Press

The press we use was in service at the Birmingham mint for many years. Made by Taylor & Chellen in 1908. The press is still producing quality metalwork products to this day. No modern machinery can recreate the finish of these brackets.

Bespoke Wall Brackets

BPC Engineering offer a custom made service to those that need a special sized pipe clamping bracket. We can adjust the distance between the pipes if needed and the diameter size.
