316 Stainless Steel Pipe Brackets

Our two part pipe clamps are quick and simple to use. They work by fixing securely around the pipe using the two stainless steel bolts on either side of the clamp. They can be suspending from any surface or rail system.

All of our pipe brackets are smooth profile non-welded. The bolts we use are also stainless steel M8 (8mm) diameter with nyloc nuts, these can be changed on request.

The clamps are available in two different size width banding. 25mm X 3mm thick and 30mm X 3mm thick, all stainless pipe brackets are made for 316L grade stainless steel.

316 Corrosion Resistant

Stainless 316 provides a higher corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and chlorinated solutions.

This makes stainless 316 more desirable in applications where salt exposure is an issue. If you have an application with powerful corrosives or chlorides, the extra cost of stainless 316 is highly recommended. In such applications, 316 stainless will last longer than 304, providing you with extra years of life and usage.

This type of stainless steel can withstand extremely high temperatures. Our pipe brackets have been used for many applications including clean room installations bio fuel plant and marine off shore.

Pipe To Pipe Clamps (Double Port Pipe-Clamps)

We have a wide range of double port pipe brackets. They will allow the pipes to be installed side by side in a uniform fashion. These are also available in 316 stainless steel.
