Eberspacher exhaust pipe 24mm bracket Eberspacher heaters. When fitting a hot air heater to any vehicle or craft it is important that you secure the exhaust outlet pipe properly. These pipes get very hot, believe me I found out the hard way. Please make sure that you use the protection sleeve over the pipe. This is also recommended by the boat safety scheme.
The clamp bracket on offer here is made from stainless steel 316L grade. it has been designed so that you can install and tighten over the pipe in situ with its protection cover in position. Please note if you require a special bracket to suite your installation let me know. The pipe will be held at a distance of approximately 50mm (2″) from the surface you fix it to.

For marine applications and especially on inland waterways craft it is a requirement of the boat safety scheme (BSS) that the exhaust pipe fitted in an exposed position must be insulated to guard against accidental scalding .
for this reason this exhaust clamp bracket has been designed with this in mind, it can be adjusted to accommodate the silicone coated exhaust lagging – exhaust wrap.
