DN size pipe clamps and DN size pipe brackets available from BPC Engineering. We manufacture various DN sizes of pipe support clamps.

Materials are 316 stainless steel and aluminium. Products range from single port and double port clamps. We also manufacture multi port pipe clamps. All of our pipe clamps include stainless steel fixings.

316 Stainless Steel Pipe Clamps

We use non-ferrous metals such as 316 grade stainless steel to make our pipe clamps. Our stainless steel pipe clamps are corrosion resistant and they can withstand extreme heat. Aluminium pipe clamps are also available.

The heavy duty pipe clamp brackets include M8 (8mm) stainless steel nuts and bolts. M6 (6mm) are available on request. For more information about any of our products please contact us.

Cold Pressed & Non-Welded Product

The use of non-welded pipe clamps are favourable due to their reliability and strength. Welded components can malfunction under certain conditions. NO welding is involved in the manufacturing of any of our products.

The pipe clamps we manufacture have been cold pressed. This gives the advantage over hot pressed components, as the metal does not lose its strength when cold pressed. These clamps are extremely strong and with the added bonus of being 316L stainless steel (corrosion resistant) makes these pipe clamps the perfect choice for your installation.

Although we specialise in pipe clamp manufacturing, BPC Engineering offer a subcontract presswork service for small batch production. Small parts press work drilling tapping and assembly. We can work with client press tooling or we can design and build tooling to your specifications to produce the components you require.
