Multi Clamp Pipes Cables Tubes

Universal multi clamp pipes cables tubes ideal for unlimited applications. This universal multi clamp will allow you to add or remove pipes / tubes / cables without the need to disturb existing lines. This six port clamp is made up of four different sections. With two single clamps at each end and two double clamps in the centre. The two central clamps port size diameters when fully closed are 12mm and the two outer single clamps 14mm. When open they will adjust out to 19/20mm. The clamp is made from smooth profile non welded aluminium making it light weight but very strong. It is fitted with stainless steel

fixings and shake proof nyloc nuts.

This tube clamp backing plate has several 5mm diameter machine screw threads protruding from the back of the clamp approximately 10/15mm in length. These are for use when installing the clamp to metal panels. Before you cut the screws to size please allow for the diameter of the tubes and pipes, as they will shorten in length when you install them. For wall mounting this type of clamp you can use the two 5mm holes at each end of the backing plate. The holes are 5mm thread and shake proof nyloc nuts will be available with your clamps for fixing to casements. The measurements below will give you an idea of how much tolerance these pipe clamps have. The thread length from backing plate is 10-12mm, this will obviously decrease as you install the pipe/tubes. On the 15mm to 19mm range the mounting screw threads extend 15mm to the rear of the mounting plate. On the 19mm to 22mm range the mounting screw threads extend 15mm to the rear of the mounting plate. These threads will decrease as you install the pipes or tubes.
