Multi Line Tube Clamps

Multi Pipe Clamp Five Port Clamp Bracket 15mm - 19mmMulti line tube clamps. This five port tube clamp is adjustable from 15mm upto 19mm. Ideal for all types of tubes and pipe installations. The length of the multi line tube clamps is 220mm and 25mm high. This clamp is manufactured from aluminium, it’s light weight and very strong. The width of this pipe clamp is 12mm. It has stainless steel fixings with shake proof Nyloc nuts.

Backing Plate & Fixings

Our range of multi line tube clamps brackets Have a backing plate. As you can see in the photo on the right themulti line tube clamps backing plate has two 5mm diameter machine screw threads protruding from the back of the clamp approximately 10/15mm in length. These are for use when installing the clamps to metal panels. Before you cut the screws to size please allow for the diameter of the tubes and pipes, as they will shorten in length when you install them. For wall mounting this type of clamp you can use the two 5mm holes at each end of the backing plate. The holes are 5mm thread and shake proof nyloc nuts will be available with your clamps for fixing to casements.

Multi Pipe Clamp Port Sizes

The measurements below will give you an idea of how much tolerance these pipe clamps have. The thread length from backing plate is 10-12mm, this will obviously decrease as you install the pipe/tubes. On the 15mm to 19mm range the mounting screw threads extend 15mm to the rear of the mounting plate. On the 19mm to 22mm range the mounting screw threads extend 15mm to the rear of the mounting plate. These threads will decrease as you install the pipes or tubes.
